    Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS (max size: 25MB)

    Browse 100+ professionally designed templates – customize them or use as-is.

We’re expanding our font library to support more languages and special characters (like é, ñ, ü), but currently have some system limitations. Here’s what we recommend:

✓ English text will always print perfectly
✓ Special characters (accents, symbols) - many now supported!
✓ Other languages - contact us first to verify compatibility

Before ordering:

  1. Send us a sample of your desired text

  2. We’ll confirm what will display correctly

  3. You’ll see an exact preview before payment

Returns and Cancellations

Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over the phone, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem.

  2. Upload photos showing:

    • The damaged item

    • Original packaging

    • Shipping label

  3. Submit - our team will contact you within 24 hours

We'll either replace your item or issue a refund - your choice!
